While competition is suspended amidst COVID-19, we encourage all members of the netball community keep active.
Keeping fit and healthy will help everyone return to the court with sharp footwork and energy to burn. Practicing ball skills and drills aims to help you work with team mates to achieve goals together once it’s safe to return to play.

Netball Tasmania Home Program
The Tasmanian Magpies Head Coach and TIS Staff have collated a resource for netball athletes to work through at home. This will be updated regularly, to keep the content fresh and to increase in difficulty.

NETFIT
Netball Australia has recently entered a partnership with NETFIT to allow free access to their live netball clinics from 9am-3pm Mon, Wed & Fri for the next 6 weeks. These sessions also include netball skills/drills, nutrition tips, recovery ideas and Q&As with some of Australia’s best netballers!
